ConnectCoder owns and operates the websites ConnectCoder.com, and other domains or Assignees sites that may be launched in future, (“Websites”) and retains ownership of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the ConnectCoder Material/Product, including any documentation, data, technical information and know-how provided to Customer. Customer agrees that it must obtain ConnectCoder’s prior written consent before it may: (i) copy any of ConnectCoder’s material; (ii) use any recording equipment (including, but not limited to audio recorders, video recorders, and cameras) during the audio conference or webinars; or (iii) use ConnectCoder’s trademarks, trade names, or other designations in any promotion or publication. The term ConnectCoder Material/Product shall mean to include all products/materials that you purchase from ConnectCoder’s Websites and/or all information you get access to upon purchase of those products/materials.

2. Subject to payment of respective ConnectCoder Material/Product fee, ConnectCoder will grant to each of Customer: (i) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and (ii) a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all ConnectCoder Material/Product.
